Instructions to use
MASSAGE
In case of respiratory trouble, pour 3 drops in a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil. Massage the thorax with the mix.
DIFFUSION
The diffuser should not heat essential oils.

BATH
To ease respiratory trouble, pour 10 drops of mountain pine essential oil and a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in warm bath water.
